Copy these files to the &#x201C;Shared&#x201D; directory of the drive.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Plug the drive into the USB slot of your Kemper and switch to Browse mode.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Press the third soft button &#x201C;External Storage&#x201D;.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Choose Importing option and wait for the Kemper to finish transferring the files to its library.</li></ol><p><br></p><h1 id="kemper-pack-isnt-working"><strong>Kemper Pack isn&apos;t Working?</strong></h1><p>Please make sure that your unit is running the manufacturer&apos;s latest firmware and software versions.
