Supported Hardware & Software

Current Kemper firmware is supported. The latest tested version is OS v8.7.x

Importing Presets

The profiles need to be put onto a USB drive and then imported. When the drive you want to use has never been used with the Kemper before it needs to be formatted:

1. Power ON the KPA to Browser or Perform mode.
2. Insert the USB stick into the USB port of the KPA .
3. Push the third soft button called ” External Storage” and follow the instructions.

You can then import as follows:

1. Unpack the zip file on your computer.
2. The unpacked files are the profile files. Copy these files to the “Shared” directory of the drive.
3. Plug the drive into the USB slot of your Kemper and switch to Browse mode.
4. Press the third soft button “External Storage”.
5. Choose Importing option and wait for the Kemper to finish transferring the files to its library.

Kemper Pack isn't Working?

Please make sure that your unit is running the manufacturer's latest firmware and software versions. We recommend loading to the Kemper via USB stick.

No Activation Code

No activation codes are required, as we send direct links to the pack files themselves. If you are being prompted for an activation code, you likely downloaded a piece of software.

Plugin Compatibility

STL Plugins are software only, and will not work with Kemper or AxeFX hardware. Likewise, Kemper & AxeFX packs will not work with STL plugins.
