<h3 id="supported-hardware--software"><strong>Suppor</strong><strong>ted Hardware &amp; Software</strong></h3><p id="isPasted">The following Hardware / Firmware combos are supported:</p><p>- Axe-Fx II MKI/II, XL/XL+ Quantum firmware 10.0.1 and up. &#xA0;</p><p>- AX8&#xA0;</p><p>- Axe-Fx III (we do not offer support for firmware 12.0 and up)</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>Imp</strong><strong>orting Presets</strong></h3><p>There is no way to add two preset packs at once, as the numbers need to correlate with their respective preset and cab number. However, the preset numbers can be changed to whatever suits your unit.
Please note: This is a Fractal limitation.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="axe-fx-pack-isnt-working"><strong>Axe</strong><strong> FX Pack isn&apos;t Working?</strong></h3><p>Please ensure you are running a supported firmware. Firmware outside of those listed may not work properly.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>No Ac</strong><strong>tivation Code</strong></h3><p>No activation codes are required, as we send direct links to the pack files themselves. If you are being prompted for an activation code, you likely downloaded a piece of software.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="plugin-compatibility"><strong>Plug</strong><strong>in Compatibility</strong></h3><p>STL Plugins are software only, and will not work with Kemper or AxeFX hardware.
Likewise, Kemper &amp; AxeFX packs will not work with STL plugins.</p>
