Why is there no sound in the plugin?Updated 2 months ago

If the plugin is not receiving an input signal:

1. Click on your AUDIO IO settings and confirm that your audio interface is selected as your input and output (and device type set to ASIO for Windows),  and that your routing matches the routing on your interface (e.g. Input channel 1 is enabled if your guitar is plugged into channel 1).

2. Confirm that your routing is correct on your interface and that you have suitable input gain, as well as any "Direct Monitoring" disabled.

3. Mac Only - go to System Preferences>Security and Privacy>Privacy>Microphone and confirm that your plugin app has access to the Microphone by checking the box.

If you see input, but don't hear any output:

1. Go to you AUDIO IO menu and confirm that "Mute Audio Input" is disabled, and that your output channels are enabled.

2. Confirm that your output on your audio interface is enabled. 

If you only hear your clean tone:

1. Disabled any "Direct Monitoring" on your audio interface.
