Refund Policy
Due to the nature of STL Tones products being non-tangible digital goods, it is not possible to ‘return’ any of our products, therefore we do not offer any refunds after purchase is completed.

Promotional Code Policy
Sale and Promotional codes need to be entered in your cart at the time of purchase. They cannot be applied retroactively.
If the promotion involves a bonus item or free pack, ALL items need to be in your cart at the time of purchase for the code to work.
If a code is not working, please confirm that you have met the minimum requirements for price or items.
All sales and promotional codes are non-stackable, and cannot be combined on a single purchase.

Free Trials
Free trials automatically turn into paid subscriptions if they are not cancelled before the trial period ends. This is mentioned on the website, in the checkout, and at the point of purchase. You'll be charged on the 10th day of your trial. This is when your subscription officially begins. Per our refund policy above, we are unable to provide a refund if you forget to cancel your trial.
