Where's my order email?

Your order confirmation will be sent out after you complete checkout. If it does not arrive, please check your spam folder.

Where's my license activation code?

For non-subscription licenses, the activation code will come shortly after your order is confirmed via our SendOwl service. If you do not receive an activation code, please check your spam folder. 

Subscription products do not require any codes.

Your subscription

To manage your subscription, login to your account and click on the "Manage My Subscriptions" tab.
